摘要库存管理在企业管理中起着重要作用，库存管理的效率直接影响到公司的营运资金周转状况，同时也在一定程度上影响整个公司的生产运作系统。特别在信息化时代下，新型管理工具不断涌现。如何在信息化时代对传统的库存管理推陈出新，提高企业库存资产的经营效率，为企业创造更多的价值，是一个非常值得研究的课题。系统科学的库存管理不仅可以提高存货周转效率，降低企业管理成本，而且也可以维持产品生产流程的稳定性，增强企业的竞争力。本文通过分析YD公司库存管理现状，针对库存业务管理粗放，库存物资周转率低、物资结构不合理，库存绩效评价体系不健全等突出问题，利用信息化情境下的供应链管理理论，使用文献研究法、定量分析法、定性分析法、经验总结法等研究方法，结合企业管理实际，从完善制度流程、提高库存控制水平、推进信息化建设等方面入手，提出了基于平衡利库思想的YD公司库存管理的方案和对策。通过完善管理体制，强化库存控制与管理，提升仓库作业水平，有效解决库存管理中存在的突出问题，促进仓库管理水平不断提高。关键词：库存管理，流程优化，绩效评价，水泥行业IAbstractTheinventorymanagementplaysavitalroleinenterprisemanagement,whichdirectlyaffectstheturnoveroftheworkingcapitalandeventhewholeproductionoperatingsystemofthecompanytosomeextent.Especiallyintheinformationage,moreandmorenewmanagementtoolsareemergingnowadays.Therefore,itisworthwhiletoexplorehowtobeinnovativeintheinventorymanagement,andimprovetheoperatingefficiencyoftheinventoryassetssoastocreatemorevaluestothecompany.Systematicandscientificinventorymanagementcannotonlyimprovetheturnoverefficiencyoftheinventorytoreducemanagementcostbutalsomaintainthestabilityoftheproductionprocesstointensifythecompetitivepowerofthecompany.ThroughtheanalysisofthecurrentinventorymanagementofYDcompanyonitsprominentproblemssuchasextensivemanagement,lowturnoverrateofinventory,unreasonablematerialstructureanddefectiveperformanceevaluationsystem,thethesisputsforwardascenarioandcountermeasurestoimprovetheinventorymanagementofYDcompanybasedontheinventorybalancetheoryintheviewofoptimizingpoliciesandprocedures,improvingcontrollinglevelandpromotinginformationconstruction.What’smore,inthethesis,thesupplychaintheoryisappliedtogetherwiththeapproachesofliteratureresearch,quantitativeanalysis,qualitativeanalysis,andexperientialsummarization.Inthisway,itcanhelpYDcompanytoenhancetheinventorycontrolandmanagement,improvethewarehouseoperationlevel,effectivelysolvetheexistingproblemsandmakecontinuousprogressininventorymanagement.Keywords：InventoryManagement，Processoptimization，Theperformanceevaluation，CementEnterpriseII目录摘要...........................
