龙源版权所有 普通高校电化教育改革的思考作者：卞东旺来源：《中国教育技术装备》2010年第21期 摘要 改革开放30多年来,我国普通高校教育的改革和发展取得惊人的成就。目前,我国教育改革正处于进一步深化的攻坚阶段,而高校的电化教育要为新的改革提供“桥”和“船”。因此,改革普通高校电化教育非常必要。高校电教改革的任务应该是加强管理,理顺关系,健全机构,强化功能,开放搞活,持续发展,建立中国特色的电教理论与实践体系。普通高校电教改革必须跟学校的整体改革联系在一起,正确处理与各方面的关系,发挥现代教学思想和手段的优势,以实现教育现代化为目标,从而为高校的教育改革和发展起到真正的“桥”和“船”的作用,推动我国教育改革的全面发展。 关键词 普通高校;电教改革;教育技术 中图分类号:G43 文献标识码:B 文章编号:1671-489X(2010)21-0112-02 Reflections on Electrified Education in Colleges and Universities of China//Bian Dongwang Abstract Reform and opening-up more than 30 years, the higher educational reform has come to its critical moment .And electrified education now is playing a “bridge” and “ship” role in the reform. So the deep reform of electrified education is necessary in which the main tasks should be to strengthen the management, to rationalize the relationship, to improve the organization, to intensify functions, to open up and enliven the economy and to keep its sustained development so that a system of theory and practice of electrified education with Chinese characteristic will be formed. Electrified education reform of the common institutions must be link together with the overall reform school. The reform should deal with all aspects of the matter correctly, and develop the advantage of modern teaching idea and means, in order to achieve modernization of education and play the real “bridge” and “ship” role in higher education reform and development to promote the all-round development of our education reform.
