摘要水电站围堰防渗施工技术又叫闭气，通过对上下游围堰进行防渗 摘要 水电站围堰防渗施工技术又叫闭气，通过对上下游围堰进行防渗 处理，为基坑开挖创造干地施工条件。 本文阐述了水电站土石围堰防渗施工的特点、难点及目前施工技 术水平，特别是对土石围堰大块石架空层的防渗处理进行了深入分 析，提出本课题所需解决的问题。首先通过对各类防渗材料的性能及 各种浆液配比性能的研究，确定合适的防渗材料及配比。其次通过对 膏状浆液灌浆、高喷灌浆、双液灌浆、膜袋灌浆及高流态混凝土灌注 等施工工艺的研究，探求各类施工技术对各种地层的适用性，通过在 彭水水电站、构皮滩水电站、思林水电站等工程实例中所采用各类施 工工法所取得的成效进行总结与分析，探求大块石架空层堵漏的最佳 方法。根据以往的施工管理难度及经验，并综合各类施工工艺的经济 性和推广适应性，结合围堰施工的特点，得出在大块石架空层、高水 头、短渗径、高流速等复杂地质条件下需各种施工工法的综合应用才 能取得较好效果的结论，以达到施工工期短、围堰防渗的生产力水平 高、降低工程造价的目的。本成果在我国西南地区水位落差大、水流 急的河流流域水电站的工程建设中具有广阔的应用前景，也可作为其 他类似工程的设计和施工参考。 关键词：土石围堰，防渗处理，架空，堵漏 AB AB STRACT The stoppage filtering of cofferdam for the hydro-power station also calls cutoff．It cutoff the water of upstream and downstream cofferdam to create stem ground condition for foundation excavation． This text first introduced the characteristics and crux for the construction of COfferdam’S cutoff．and the development of it at home and abroad．Especially for the construction of cutoff for the big stone，the cobble，the gravel sediment．variouj research that the sediment together with to compare function first．select by examinations to suitably defend the material and go together with the mixer ratio．Secondly based on infuse syrup，jet grouting，double a liquid to infuse grouting，bagged grouting，ointment grouting，and pouring the concrete to infuse to note to the cream form syrup liquid etc．The research of the construction craft， investigate each kind of construction technique’S applicability for various geologic strata．Also find the best construction method to cutoff the water from the big stone sediment by the method and Way which used in the PENSHUI hydro．power station，the GOUPITAN hydro．power station． the SILIN hydro．power station etc．the engineering solid example each kind of construction work method adopt obtain of the result carry on summary and analyze and investigate the big stone，the cobble，the gravel sediment on stilts．Manage difficulty and experience according to the former construction，and synthesize each kind of
