Based on the university students' innovative undertaking problem investigation and study, we aimed to understand college students and graduate students in business before the real situation, analysis of university students' innovative undertaking the difficulties encountered problems, put forward reasonable suggestions to college students. This paper investigated the different college graduates and undergraduates in different industry business encountered difficulties. After investigation found, students in the entrepreneurship will encounter various difficulties, such as: lack of funds, lack of work experience. Finally we give the students independent venture in the face of difficulties suggestions, hoping to help college students in entrepreneurship.
