Heilongjiang， 163414， China） Abstract：the intelligent management system of SmartCon production equipment depicted in this paper is based on a scientific structure， in which the device condition monitoring and running alarming can be performed by data transmission and data flow. The monitoring and management of the equipment are good for processing the failure in advance and improving the operation efficiency. Besides， the equipment ledger can be set up in this system for managing the purchasing and the changing of the equipment. Therefore， a dynamic intelligent platform covering equipment purchasing， debugging， acceptance checking， using， maintaining， repairing， spare parts management and equipment degrading is established to guaranteeing a stable running for the company.
