(英文标题:Times New Roman,20) 院 系:生命科学学院 专 业:生物技术 年 级:20XX级 学 号:120XX242527 姓 名:马佳卉 指导老师:张自萍 (黑体,三号) 枸杞甜菜碱含量测定方法比较研究 (标题:黑体二号) 摘 要(黑体,小四):本试验利用甲醇加热回流提取枸杞甜菜碱,提取物经活性炭脱色、雷氏盐沉淀、分光光度法测定不一样产地枸杞甜菜碱含量;或直接利用NH2柱未经衍生高效液相色谱法测定枸杞甜菜碱含量。经过比较分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定枸杞甜菜碱含量,选择适宜甜菜碱含量测定方法。由试验结果可知,NH2柱未经衍生高效液相色谱法快速、简便、反复性好,所测甜菜碱含量显著高于分光光度法。 本研究表明NH2柱未经衍生高效液相色谱法能快速正确地测定枸杞甜菜碱含量,可用于枸杞质量控制.(仿宋,小四,1.5倍行距) 关键词:枸杞子;甜菜碱;分光光度法;高效液相色谱法 Comparative study on methods for determination of betaine from Lycium barbarum L. (Times New Roman,18,加粗) Abstract(Times New Roman,14,加粗): To apply methanol-refluxed extraction method to extract betaine from Lycium barbarum L., extraction was decolored by active carbon, precipitated with Remecke salt and the contents of betaine from different producing areas were determined by spectrophotometry; and the contents of betaine were directly determined by HPLC with NH2 stationary phase without derivatization of betaine. The suitable determination method was selected through comparing the methods of spectrophotometry and HPLC in determining the content of betaine from Lycium barbarum L. From the result we can see that HPLC is rapid, accurate, and the contents of betaine determined by HPLC were higher than spectrophotometry. This study showed that HPLC with NH2 stationary phase without derivatization of betaine can be applied to determine the content of betaine from Lycium barbarum L. rapidly and accurately.
