摘要 本课题是对糖厂提汁工段做一个基于DCS的计算机监控系统设计，其核心控制装置采用集散控制系统对提汁工段进行监控。该设计方案基本达到工程设计阶段的要求。 提汁工段是糖厂生产工艺流程的起始工段，它关系到糖厂的物料消耗、生产效率以及产量等。提汁工段的目的是把甘蔗破碎后将蔗汁提取出来，然后再送去澄清工段进行处理。 本设计根据提汁工段生产工艺要求，提出基于DCS的计算机监控系统设计方案。包括为该工段渗透水的温度、流量和压榨机的压力等变量选择合适的自动化检测仪表，以及采用单回路简单控制系统。控制装置则选用北京和利时公司的smartpro macs系统。对该工段进行硬件配置，并设计了DCS控制室。 此外，本设计用AutoCAD绘制了管道仪表流程图、仪表回路图。 关键词： 糖厂 提汁工段 工程设计 自动化仪表 DCS Abstract The article is mainly about the computer monitoring system design of extract syrup based on DCS in sugar refinery. The kernel control device is distributed control system (DCS).This design can achieve the requirements of foundation engineering design. Put juice section in sugar production process is the starting steps, it relates to the consumption of sugar materials, production efficiency and yield. The purpose is to provide juice section in the sugar cane juice is extracted after crushing, and then sent to clarify the section in processing. According to the requirements of extract syrup process technology. This design scheme is proposed. Including the section in infiltration of water temperature, flow and pressure press machine automatic variable selection of suitable testing instruments, and a simple single loop control system. Control devices is SmartPro-macs DCS made by HollySys Co., Ltd in Beijing.??, The section in the hardware configuration, and design a DCS control room.
