摘要

随着我国市场经济的深入发展，我国企业尤其是我国企业的员工流失日益受到关注。非企业意愿的大量员工流失制约着我国企业的可持续发展，并且成为影响我国企业生存与发展的关键问题。如何面对和控制我国企业员工流失，稳定人才队伍，已经成为我国企业人力资源管理所面临的主要问题。本文以盘锦好利来公司为研究对象，首先介绍了课题的研究背景、意义以及国内外研究现状，然后分析了盘锦好利来公司人才流失现状，主要包括企业人才的特点、盘锦好利来公司人才流失现状分析以及盘锦好利来公司企业概况，进一步分析了盘锦好利来公司人才流失分析并分析了其问题原因，主要从内外因素进行探讨，最后提出了盘锦好利来公司人才流失问题的对策，主要包括给人才构建良好平台、建立合理科学的薪酬福利体系、建立留人的激励机制等。

ABSTRACT

WiththedeepeningdevelopmentofChina'smarketeconomy,thelossofemployeesofChineseenterprises,especiallyChineseenterprises,hasbeenpaidmoreandmoreattention.Thelossofalargenumberofemployeeswhoarewillingtodobusinesswillrestrictthesustainabledevelopmentofourenterprisesandbecomeakeyissuethataffectsthesurvivalanddevelopmentofourenterprises.Howtofaceandcontrolthelossofemployeesinourcountry,thestabilityofpersonnel,hasbecomeChina'senterprisehumanresourcesmanagementisfacingthemainproblem.Thispaperintroducestheresearchbackground,significanceandresearchstatusoftheresearchathomeandabroad,andthenanalyzesthestatusquooftalentlossofPanjinDaliCompany,includingthecharacteristicsofenterprisetalents,theanalysisofthecurrentsituationoftalentlossofPanjingoodprofitThispaperanalyzesthetalentlossofPanjincompany,analyzesthecausesofitsproblems,analyzestheinternalandexternalfactors,andfinallyputsforwardthecountermeasureofthebraindrainproblemofPanjinDaliCompany,includingtheestablishmentofagoodplatformfortalentandtheestablishmentofreasonableScientificpayandbenefitssystem,theestablishmentoftheincentivemechanismtokeeppeople.
