❑ The following section introduces some fundamentals of
assembly language programming using the MSP430
family of microcontrollers;
❑ Rather than to make an exhaustive study of
programming methodologies and techniques, the
intention is to focus on the aspects of assembly language
programming relevant to the MSP430 family;
