I 青岛理工大学毕业设计 摘 要 在我国，随着高速公路的发展和汽车性能的提高，汽车的行驶速度越来越 快，特殊是由于汽车拥有量的迅速增加，交通越来越拥挤等诸多因素导致近年 来汽车安全事故的损失逐年上升。所以，汽车的安全性就变得尤其重要。汽车 的安全性分为主动安全和被动安全两种。主动安全是指汽车防止发生事故的能 力，主要有防抱死系统，制动力分配系统等。被动安全是指在万一发生事故的 情况下汽车上的配置保护乘员的能力。目前主要有安全带、安全气垫 、防撞式 车身和安全气囊防护系统( Airbag Restraint System)等。 安全气囊属于汽车乘员“被动安全性保护装置”。其中安全带在被动保护过 程中起主要作用，而安全气囊属于辅助约束系统（Supplement aRlestraint System），即 SRS。安全气囊是现代轿车上引人注目的新技术装置。汽车安全气 囊系统的包括传感器总成、充气、 折叠气囊、 点火器、固态氮、警告灯等。 当 汽车受到前方一定角度内的高速碰撞时，装在车前端的碰撞传感器和装在汽车 中部的安全传感器，就可以检测到车蓦地减速， 并将这一信号在 0.01 秒之内速 度传递给安全气囊系统的控制电脑。因此，确保汽车行驶的安全性， 解决乘车 人员的安全越来越受到人们的重视。而在汽车上装配安全气囊就是一种有效的 解决方法。本文主要介绍安全气囊的作用、 安全气囊的类型、安全气囊的发展、 电子式安全气囊的系统主要部件、电子式安全气囊控制系统的设计软硬件。 关键字 ： 安全气囊； 传感器； 被动安全；控制检测 II 青岛理工大学毕业设计 ABSTRACT In our country, with the development of highways and automotive performance enhancement, the automobile speed more and more quickly, especially because of the rapid increase of car ownership, increasing traffic congestion and other factors led in recent years to automobile safety accident loss is increasing year by year.
