It was also suggested to establish and refine the quality， environment， occupational health and safety， as well as social responsibility management system in accordance with the certification requirements of Bluesign system. Relevant measures focused on the control of input source should be taken to control hazardous substances in production management， which can yield twice the result with half the effort， and meet the requirements of related parties. Recommendations were given to related industries （fashion industry （textile industry）， certified industry） in China on accelerating the integrated construction for the sustainable development management system of the fashion industry.
