工程量清单计价模式下房建工程造价措施研究.docVIP

PAGE PAGE V 摘 要 当今，我国经济高速发展，建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业深深关系着我国经济的发展和人民的生活水平。2003年，我国工程造价开始了从定额计价到清单计价的转变，这对各大建筑企业来说既是挑战也是机遇，在新的计价模式下，企业可以通过做好工程造价的控制来体现自身的实力。工程量清单计价在我国建设工程的应用越来越广泛，因此，要时刻围绕工程量清单计价来对房建工程造价开展研究。本文先对工程量清单计价模式和房建工程造价进行全面的概述，其次重点研究清单计价模式下房建工程各个阶段的造价控制措施，并提出有效的解决方式和合理建议，最后通过案例论证每一阶段的方法的可行性与有效性，以期通过对造价成本的控制提高企业资金运作效率，促使我国造价控制体系更为成熟完善。 关键词：工程量清单计价；房建工程；造价控制 Abstract Nowadays, China's economy is developing rapidly, and the construction industry, as the pillar industry of the national economy, is deeply related to the development of China's economy and the living standard of the people. In 2003, China's project cost began to change from fixed valuation to list valuation, which is both a challenge and an opportunity for major construction enterprises. How to control project cost well under the new valuation mode is the embodiment of enterprise strength. Bill of quantities valuation is more and more widely used in construction projects in China. Therefore, the control of house construction project cost should focus on the model of bill of quantities valuation. This article first to the bill of quantities pricing mode and comprehensive overview of the project cost, the second focuses on list valuation mode constructed at various stages of project cost control measures, and put forward the effective solution and reasonable suggestion, finally through case feasibility and efficiency of the method of each stage, in order to improve enterprise capital operation by control of the cost efficiency, led is more mature and perfect cost control system in our country.
