PAGE 36 东风华神作业车支腿液压系统设计 摘 要 液压支腿是工程机械重要机构,其中汽车起重机最具有代表性。汽车起重机具有较高的灵活性,且操作方便,其主要作用是将物体举生在需要的位置,在国家基础建设中起到重要作用。 本文主要针对东风华神作业车,设计支腿液压系统,可以将车辆平稳举起,起到支撑,分散重力,提供稳固的工作平台等作用。 其中包括两部分,支腿结构部分设计和支腿液压系统设计。熟悉车辆基本参数,对比各类支腿优缺点,确定液压支腿的选型,计算支腿在极端状态下的受力分析,分析三点支撑的压力计算,确定支腿的结构尺寸,利用CATIA、CAD等软件构建支腿的三维模型,并分析算主要零部件的强度、刚度及性能参数的计算;在液压部分,需要根据其工作压力确定液压缸的尺寸,分析三点支撑时的压力计算,并计算液压缸强度、刚度,液压回路的设计等。 关键词:支腿液压;支腿结构;三点支撑;液压回路;液压缸 Design of Hydraulic System for Supporting Leg of Operation Vehicle Abstract Hydraulic leg is an important mechanism of construction machinery, among which truck crane is the most representative. Truck crane has high flexibility, and easy to operate, its main function is to lift the object in the need of the position, in the national infrastructure plays an important role. In this paper, the hydraulic system of supporting legs is designed to lift the vehicle smoothly, support it, distribute the gravity and provide a stable working platform. Including two parts, the part of the hydraulic system design and the leg leg structure design, familiar with the basic parameters, compare the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of leg, determine the selection of hydraulic leg, calculated the stress of the leg under the extreme condition analysis, analysis of the three supporting pressure calculation, determine the structure size of leg, using CATIA to build three-dimensional model of the leg, and analysis by using ANSYS to calculate the strength, stiffness of main components and the performance parameters of the calculation. In the hydraulic part, it is necessary to determine the size of the hydraulic cylinder according to its working pressure, analyze the pressure calculation of the three-point support, and calculate its strength, the design of the hydraulic circuit.
