电子驻车制动系统设计 摘 要 随着国内人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对汽车安全、功能、性能等方面的需求不断提升,这些需求不但包括传加速性、经济性和安全性,还包括有智能化和人性化等诸多元素例如电子驻车制动。 本文系统的对电子驻车制动系统进行了讨论和研究,为电子驻车制动系统的开发提供了一定的方法、理论依据及设计要求。本文首先介绍了电子驻车制动系统的国内外研究现状,阐述了电子驻车制动系统的基木原理,设计了电子驻车制动系统的结构,分析了驻车制动系统的国标和电子驻车制动系统的具体要求,进行了总体方案设计和可行性分析,紧接着分别从硬件和软件方面设计电子驻车制动控制系,最后建立了电子驻车制动系统中电机和丝杆传动机构的数学模型,并在matlab中搭建了仿真平台进行了仿真分析。 关键词:电子驻车,结构设计,电路设计,仿真 Design of electronic parking brake system Abstract With the continuous improvement of people's living standards in China, people's demand for automobile safety, function, performance and other aspects is constantly increasing. These demands not only include acceleration, economy and safety, but also include many elements such as intelligence and humanity. For this purpose, the electronic parking brake system replaces the original mechanical structure to make the parking control more convenient and safe, and can work together with other electronic control systems on the vehicle. In this paper, the electronic parking brake system is discussed and studied, which provides a certain method, theoretical basis and design requirements for the development of the electronic parking brake system. This paper first introduces the research status of the electronic parking brake system at home and abroad, expounds the basic principle of the electronic parking brake system, designs the structure of the electronic parking brake system, analyzes the national standard of the parking brake system and the specific requirements of the electronic parking brake system, carries out the overall scheme design and feasibility analysis, and then designs the electronic parking brake system from the aspects of hardware and software Finally, the mathematical model of the electric motor and screw drive mechanism in the electronic parking brake system is established, and the simulation platform is built in MATLAB for simulation analysis.
