电动汽车10kw轮毂电机设计 摘 要 由于国内外对电动汽车产业越来越重视,所以电动汽车在未来一定有很大的发展前景,因此本文在电动汽车轮毂电机方面展开设计。 本文首先对国内外电动汽车行业进行了系统的调查,发现在很早的时候国外在轮毂电机方面已经展开了研究。确定了研究目标和研究内容,并设定了关键的研究问题,随后分析了电动轮毂汽车的结构特点,依据轮毂电机的原理完成了前后悬架的连接的设计,制动系统和转向系统的安装,通过软件matlab对轮毂电机驱动设计进行了仿真驱动控制系统建模与分析,从示波器中可以看到一些波形图,整个控制上形成一个闭环的连接,最后对轮毂电机参数进行了设计,在电动汽车的动力性能、转速、功率、扭矩、加速性能和轮毂电机轴尺寸方面进行了计算,对轮毂电机轴强度也进行了校核。 关键词:轮毂电机; 纯电动; 无刷直流电动机 ABSTRACT As more and more attention is paid to the electric vehicle industry at home and abroad, the electric vehicle will have a great development prospect in the future. According to the principle of the wheel hub motor, the connection design of the front and rear suspension, the installation of the brake system and the steering system have been completed. This design mainly adopts the double closed-loop brushless The basic principle of DC motor drive, through the software MATLAB to simulate the design of the drive control system modeling and analysis, from the oscilloscope can see some waveforms, the whole control form a closed-loop connection, finally the wheel motor parameters are designed, in the electric vehicle power performance, speed, power, torque, acceleration performance and wheel motor shaft size The strength of the shaft of the hub motor is also checked. It can be seen from the simulation that the performance design objectives of each power of the hub motor are basically achieved, which shows that the hub motor designed in this design meets the design requirements and can be used as a platform for subsequent research.
