摘 要 为降低原油集输的自耗气量,合理利用油田气资源,从二十世纪70年代到80年代我国胜利、中原、辽河、大庆等油田相继开展了油气水混输不加热输送工艺的试验研究。大庆油田从1975年开始探索油井不加热集油途径。二十世纪80年代,大庆油田已进入高含水开采阶段,原油集油能耗已占地面工程总能耗78%。油田工业自耗气与油田新兴的化工用气供需不平衡矛盾日趋尖锐。为了缓解此矛盾, 关键词:单管;环状;混输管道;流型;不加热集输 Abstract In order to reduce the crude oil consuming gas and use the oil-gas resources reasonably, oil fields shengli, Liaohe and Daqing and so on develop oil-gas-water transportation without heating experimental study one after another from the 1970s to the 80s. The Daqing Oil Field has explored the way of the oil well transportation without heating from 1975. In the 1980s, the Daqing Oil Field entered the high watery time, and the crude oil energy consumption has occupied 78% of a land area of the surface project total energy consumption. The contradictory between oil field industry consuming gas and the demand of oil field emerging chemical industry is incisive day by day. In order to alleviate this contradiction, the urgently research need corresponding thermal design methods, develops the transportation without heating auxiliary operational guidance software .It provide the technical support for implicating and promoting the transportation without heating technology, in order to raise the oil field whole economic efficiency and the oil gas resources comprehensive utilization level. This article has mainly studied three aspect contents, is the natural parameter computation, the pressure drop computation and the temperature drop computation and so on. After knowing the multiphase flow rule and design the reasonable transportation pipeline, in view of different flowing state we decide corresponding pressure drop and temperature drop formula. At last this paper takes the advance of the mixture transports pipe hydraulic thermal designation of the oi1 field ground production circle pipe hydraulic thermal designation with VB language. This procedure has certain guiding sense to the oil gas transportation pipeline's optimization design and pipeline's economical
