低碳节能 2023年第6期 广东省《建筑碳排放计算导则(试行)》解读 黄志锋 丁可 张昌佳 （广东省建筑科学研究院集团股份有限公司，广东广州 510500） 摘　要　本文从建筑碳排放计算边界、评价指标、计算方法等方面介绍了广东省《建筑碳排放计算导则( 试行)》（以 下简称《导则》）的主要技术内容，并解释了其相关规定的理论背景、适用范围、目的意义、价值导向等。同时， 与建筑碳排放计算的现行国家标准进行对比分析，阐述了《导则》的主要特点，包括多场景适用性、建筑碳汇 量计算方法、主要面向既有建筑碳排放计算等。此外，对《导则》在广东省建筑领域碳达峰工作中的作用及在 实际工程中的应用情况进行了简要论述，为其进一步推广应用提供了解读文本。 关键词　广东省；建筑；碳排放计算 Abstract:From the perspectives of the calculation boundary, evaluation indicators, calculation methods of building carbon emission, this article introduces the main technical content of the Guidelines for the Calculation of Building Carbon Emissions (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the Guidelines) in Guangdong Province, and explains the theoretical background, application scope, purpose and significance, value orientation of the relevant provisions of the “Guidelines”. At the same time, a comparative analysis is conducted with the current national standards for building carbon emission calculation, and the main characteristics of the Guidelines are elaborated, including multi-scenario applicability, calculation methods for building carbon sink, and mainly targeting the calculation of carbon emissions from existing buildings. In addition, this article briefly discusses the role of the “Guidelines” in the carbon peaking work in the construction field of Guangdong Province and its application in practical engineering, providing an interpretation text for further promotion and application of the “Guidelines”.
