工商行政管理系统企业信用监管体系构建研究.doc

摘要 随着我国社会主义市场体制逐渐发展完善，对于企业信用的中监管越来越重视。企业信用是社会信用的重要组成部分，也是社会信用的最基本内容，因而提高对企业信用的监管力度将会有力的促进社会信用体系的建设。工商行政管理机构是我国市场管理主要行政部门，主要职能是促进企业的信用体系建设，创造稳定的市场环境，保障交易安全，维护消费者的合法权益等。 针对当前企业信用体系构建工作，国内外都已对此进行了大量的研究工作，但是这些成果的缺点在于它们的研究面都较宽,专门针对工商行政管理机关在企业信用监管中功能定位的研究还很少,研究不系统。尤其是这些成果很少具体阐述我国应构建怎样的企业信用监管体系,构建企业信用体系究竟应由谁来进行,工商行政管理机关在企业信用监管体系构建中的职能应如何定位等关键性问题。为了改善这种现象，本文通过大量的搜集资料，参考相关文献、书籍等内容，并结合我国行政管理系统的企业信用体系构建现状，进行了相关的分析与论述，希望以此对于促进我国的企业信用体系建设能有所帮助。 关 键 词： 企业信用 工商行政管理 监管体系构建 Abstact With the gradual development of China's socialist market system, more and more attention has been paid to the regulation of corporate credit.
