龙源版权所有 家用天然染料手绘色浆的制备及其应用作者：王双双 朱炜钦 余志成来源：《现代纺织技术》2019年第02期 摘要：为了探讨家庭用天然染料手绘色浆的制备及应用，选用S-240MV瓜尔豆胶为糊料，硫酸铝钾、硫酸亚铁为媒染剂，与栀子蓝、桑葚、紫胶、茜草、槐米、板栗壳提取物调成所需手绘色浆，并在真丝织物上作画，对所得色浆的黏度、绘画样品的K/S值及色牢度进行测试，选择蒸锅、微波炉、熨斗三种蒸化方法及不同水洗工艺，确定最佳的天然染料色浆配方及蒸化水洗工艺条件。结果表明，手绘色浆配方为：天然染料质量分数1%～4%，硫酸铝钾质量分数1%～3%，S-240MV瓜尔豆胶质量分数5%，加水合成100%，并用柠檬酸调节pH值为5，色浆黏度为0.5～0.65 Pa·s。在后处理中最佳的蒸化方法为蒸锅蒸化，在100 ℃条件下汽蒸15～20 min;最佳的水洗方法为冷水（1.5 g/L洗洁精溶液）→冷水→温水（40 ℃）→冷水。天然染料手绘色浆在真丝织物上的色牢度基本符合国标标准要求。 关键词：天然染料;色浆;蒸化;水洗 中图分类号：TS194.2 文献标志码：A 文章編号：1009-265X（2019）02-0074-05 Abstract：In this paper， the preparation and application of natural dye color pastes for household use were studied. The hand-painted color pastes consisted of paste （S-240MV guar gum）， mordant （aluminium potassium sulfate and ferrous sulfate） and natural dyes （gardenia blue， mulberry， lac， madder， locust and chestnut shell）. Then the color pastes were painted on silk. The viscosity of the color paste， K/S value and color fastness of the products were tested. Three steaming methods of boiler， microwave oven and iron and different washing technologies were chosen to determine the optimal natural dye color paste formula， steaming and washing conditions. The results showed that the color paste formula was as follows： mass fraction of natural dye 1%～4%， mass fraction of aluminium potassium sulfate 1%～3%， mass fraction of guar gum paste 5%， 100% synthesis with water and the pH value of the paste 5 （adjusted by citric acid）， viscosity of color paste 0.50～0.65 Pa·s. The optimal steaming method was steamed in a household steamer at the temperature of 100 ℃ for 15～20 min. The optimal water washing processing was as follows： cold water （1.5 g/L detergent solution） （cold water（warm water （40 ℃） （ cold water.
