龙源版权所有 多梳经编汽车顶棚织物的设计与仿真作者：唐纱丽 陈慰来 马晨来源：《现代纺织技术》2022年第04期 摘 要：汽车顶棚的美观会直接影响到顾客的购买欲望，为了改善汽车顶棚材料的花纹效果，使用WKCAD经编工艺设计软件，在满足汽车内饰基本性能的基础上，分别设计三梳和四梳经编组织，对其花纹组织结构进行优化设计及仿真，采用普通涤纶和阳离子涤纶丝作为原料，分析不同原料产生的花纹效果。结果表明：使用阳离子涤纶丝作为前梳或前两梳原料，经染色后产生的花纹设计效果更好;且一个完整循环中，梳栉跨横列数越多，所展现的花纹效果更好，其中四梳织物相较于三梳而言，更适合特殊纹样设计。 关键词：针织物;经编结构;多梳;汽车顶棚;面料设计 中图分类号：TS184.3 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1009-265X（2022）04-0149-07 Design and simulation of multi bar warp knitted automobile roof fabric TANG Shali， CHEN Weilai， MA Chen （College of Textile Science and Engineering （International Institute of Slik）， ZhejiangSci-Tech University， Hangzhou 310018， China） Abstract： The aesthetics of automobile roof will directly affect customers' desire to buy. In order to improve the pattern effect of automobile roof materials， three-comb and four-comb warp knitted structures were designed respectively using WKCAD warp knitting process design software on the precondition of ensuring the basic performance of automobile interior. Optimized design and simulation of the pattern structure were conducted. Ordinary polyester and cationic polyester were used as raw materials to analyze the effects of patterns produced by different raw materials. The results show that when cationic polyester fiber was used as the raw material of the front comb or the first two combs， the pattern design effect after dyeing was better. In a complete cycle， the more the number of rows crossed by the comb bar， the better the pattern design effect. The four-comb fabric is more suitable for the special pattern design than the three-comb fabric. Key words： knitted fabric; warp knitted structure; multi bar; automobile roof; fabric design 汽车顶棚面料是汽车内饰的主体材料，需具有隔音、隔热、防水、防油污、阻燃等多种功能。在现有的汽车顶棚材料中，经编面料凭借其良好的尺寸稳定性、脱散性小、不易卷边、透气等优点，在汽车顶棚材料中占據越来越大的市场[1]。 经编面料外层朝向顾客，直观地展示顶棚的外观形态，所以汽车顶棚材料的美观度对于消费者来说十分重要，顶棚的外观和触感会极大的影响消费者的购买选择。现有的经编汽车顶棚内饰对花纹的设计较为单一，为了进一步发展汽车内饰材料，需要面料在满足基本要求的情况下，风格纹理设计更加饱满、更具有视觉冲击，刺激消费者的购买欲望。 1 汽车顶棚面料应用现状 汽车目前正处于一个高速发展的时代，越来越多的高新技术应用到汽车产品上，国外汽车顶棚材料的生产，在原料、组织
