龙源版权所有 钢铁企业板坯库作业仿真模型研究作者：王明葆来源：《物流科技》2015年第06期 摘 要：文章以唐山某钢铁企业为例，自主设计了板坯库布局，并利用eM-plant仿真软件对板坯库建立生产物流仿真模型。依据钢铁企业的实际情况，分析各种生产方式的优缺点。通过更改不同参数，使系统运行在不同状况下，进而观察系统的运行状况。最后依据仿真运行的结果，对各种仿真进行分析，并提供对不同生产方式的评价，让决策管理者优化钢铁物流板坯库，达到生产的优化，避免决策损失。同时也使管理者对于如何提升板坯库物流作业效率有一个直观的认识。 关键词：钢铁企业物流；板坯库；eM-plant；物流仿真 中图分类号：F273 文献标识码：A Abstract： In this paper， take an example of iron and steel enterprises in Tangshan， self-designed slab yard layout， and use eM-plant simulation software library is built on the slab production logistics simulation models. Based on the actual situation of iron and steel enterprises， analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various modes of production. By changing different parameters， allowing the system to run under different conditions， and then observe the health system. Finally， according to the results of simulation runs on a variety of simulation alaysis， and provide evaluation of different production methods， so that the decision-making slab steel logistics managers to optimize the database， to optimize production and avoid the loss of decision-making. Key words： iron and steel enterprise logistics； slab yard； eM-plant； logistics simulation 1 課题背景 板坯库系统的目标是做好连接炼钢连铸和轧制工序的物流枢纽，调节好浇铸和轧制生产。板坯库的库房布局和产品物流路线对生产效率有着很重要的影响，通过建立对整个板坯库和产品路线的仿真。通过仿真寻求解决问题的相对较合理的生产流动方式方法。彭旺明、张跃刚[1]介绍了系统仿真以及Flexsim系统仿真软件的特点，针对汽车转向器生产流程，应用Flexsim系统仿真软件进行建模仿真，运行仿真模型，找出了生产流程中的“瓶颈”，为企业调整生产线平衡提供了科学的决策依据。彭旺明、张晓川[2]分析了eM-plant在一个流水线作业中装配的仿真过程及方法，阐明了eM-plant在离散系统仿真中的优势以一个制作电脑桌的流程为例，说明eM-plant在流水线仿真中的优越性。宋建新、徐菱、宋远申[3]在《现代生产···试读结束
