肠道菌群移植（FMT）临床应用管理专家共识 征求意见稿 中华医学会肠外肠内营养学分会 中华医学会肠外肠内营养学分会肠道微生态协作组 【摘要】肠道菌群移植 （Fecal Microbiota Transplantation ，FMT ）是将健康 人粪便中的功能肠菌移植到患者肠道内，重建新的肠道菌群，实现肠道及肠外疾 病的治疗。 近十年来，FMT 在治疗肠道内、外性疾病取得突破性的进展，给肠 道内、外疑难疾病的治疗带来了颠覆性新策略。鉴于FMT 在国内外缺乏统一的临 床管理标准，相关法规和政策还有待完善，临床应用经验尚需积累等诸多问题， 国家卫生健康委医院管理研究所委托临床FMT 专家工作组组织相关领域专家，在 充分分析国内外相关文献、行业政策及相关制度，结合国内多家医疗机构开展 FMT 较为成熟经验的基础上，编写适用于医疗机构开展FMT 临床管理的专家共识， 以进一步加强临床应用、规范管理和提高FMT 治疗安全性和有效性。 【关键词】肠道微生态；肠菌移植；临床标准；管理规范 Expert Consensus on clinical application management of Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) （Draft for comments ） 【Abstract 】 Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (Fecal Microbiota Transplantation.FMT) is to transplant the functional intestinal bacteria from human feces into the intestinal tract of patients, reconstruct the new intestinal flora and treat intestinal and extra-intestinal diseases. During the past 10 years, FMT has made a breakthrough in the treatment of intestinal and extra-intestinal diseases, and provided a brand-new strategy to the treatment of intestinal and extra-intestinal diseases.
