PAGE 年产4万吨白酒瓶玻璃工厂设计（原料车间） Design?of?White?Wine?Glass?Bottle?Factory?Outputting 40000 Tons?annually (Raw Materials Workshop) 学生姓名： 学生学号： 专业名称： 材料科学与工程 指导教师： 材料科学与工程学院 2015年 6月 10 日 摘 要 本设计为年产4万吨白酒瓶玻璃工厂设计，重点设计内容在原料车间。在本设计中，首先阐述了课题的研究背景以及选择依据；接着根据产品的质量要求，设计了合理的组分，并以此选择了各种原料，来生产白酒瓶；然后，根据所选的原料以及白酒瓶组分，进行了配合料以及辅助小料的计算，包括了生产运输过程中的损失和水分的散失；接着设计了合理的生产工艺流程，以环保、节能为主旨，以高产、优质为目标，设计了最新的原料车间工艺流程，并且在其中根据原料的特性以及生产的需要，进行了设备选型，重点要求绿色、科学，使得原料能够充分的为玻璃熔制而服务。最后，针对整个原料车间及工厂，进行科学规划的布局，并画出示意图。整个设计图文结合，内容完整具体，而且在设计中考虑到现实中的各种实际问题，因而对于白酒瓶的生产具有一定的指导作用。 关键词：原料车间；玻璃工厂设计；配合料计算；设备选型；白酒瓶 ABSTRACT This design for the annual output of 40000 tons of liquor bottle glass factory design, key design content in the raw material workshop. In this design, first elaborated the research background and choice basis; Then according to the requirements of the product quality, design the reasonable components, and to choose the various raw materials, to produce liquor bottle; Then, according to the selected raw materials as well as the liquor bottle components, made with the calculation of material and auxiliary material, including the production loss and water loss in the process of transportation; Then design the reasonable production process, in environmental protection, energy saving, for purpose, with high yield, high quality as the goal, design process of the latest raw material workshop, and in which according to the characteristics and the needs of the production of raw material, equipment type selection, key for green, scientific, enables the material to full service for the glass melting system. Finally, in view of the whole workshop and plant raw materials, make scientific planning and layout, and painting show the intention. Whole design graphic combination, full specific content, and considering the reality of all kinds of practical problems in the design, thus for liquor bottle production has a certain guiding role.
