东北财经大学自学考试本科毕业论文 浅析大连地区社区工作者招聘的现状及对策 作 者 王昱茜 专 业 人力资源管理 总?考?号 指导教师 宋亚非 答辩日期 成 绩 内 容 提 要 当前形势下，社区工作者成为各个社区内社会工作的主要承担者，但其并不能完全适应当今 社会的发展，与时代发展相比较，还存在着一定的差距。社区工作者的专业化程度低、社区工作 人员的素质修养不足等问题，影响和制约着社区的建设与发展。因此，改善社区的工作者队伍， 成为推进社区发展，加强社区建设的必经之路。 人力资源管理与规划在社区管理中占据着非常重要的位置，但是由于现在社区面临招聘机构 不健全、招聘缺乏长远规划和招聘人员专业性不强等等招聘现状，还有招聘过程中产生的一系列 问题，这些都需要及时克服和改正。本文主要从社区招聘的现状，以及社区招聘存在的问题入手， 通过简单地分析提出了一些相对应的解决方法。即树立正确理念、加强招聘流程监管，提高社区 工作者待遇、注重沟通交流，加强社区工作力度等等，希望对以后的社区招聘有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：社区?招聘?现状分析?对策 2 Abstract Under?the?current?circumstances,?community?workers?become?the?main?bear?all?the community?social?work,?but?it?can?not?fully?adapt?to?the?development?of?today's?society, compared?with?the?development?of?the?times,?there?is?still?a?certain?gap.?Professional community?workers,?community?workers,?low?quality?problems,?affecting?and?restricting?the construction?and?development?of?community.?Therefore,?improving?community?workers, become?to?promote?community?development,?strengthen?the?only?way?which?must?be?passed of?community?construction.
