PAGE 33 摘 要 铜及铜合金以其优异的导电导热性能而在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用,但在很多情况下需要与钢材连接来满足具体的工程要求,为此,利用铜-钢连接技术制成组织性能稳定及结合强度牢固可靠的铜-钢金属复合构件就显得极为重要,电阻点焊以其高效率、低成本的优点,在铜-钢连接技术中逐渐成为了研究的热点,但是,由于铜和钢因为物理方面、化学方面、冶金学方面等的差异而使得焊接有一定的困难。 本文以Q235钢板和T2紫铜板作为研究材料,采用电阻点焊的方法,通过添加不锈钢垫片、改变可控硅导通角、焊接时间和电极压力来获得合适的铜-钢电阻点焊焊接参数,同时研究了可控硅导通角、通电时间对熔核尺寸的影响,通过焊接接头处显微组织的观察,得到铜钢的熔核情况和组织变化规律,最后通过力学性能试验和硬度实验,研究了焊接参数对接头强度的影响规律,并分析的这些影响和变化规律的原因。 关键词:电阻点焊;焊接性能;铜-钢接头 Abstract With excellent conductivity, copper and copper alloy are widely used in industrial production. But in many cases,they need to be connected with the steel to meet specific engineering requirements.Therefore, it is very important to manufacture stable and reliable bonding strength of solid copper - steel metal compound component. Resistance spot welding, for its high efficiency and low cost,is becoming a research hotspot in the field of copper-steel connection technology. However, because of difference of the physical properties,chemistry, metallurgy , there are certain difficulties in welding of copper-steel. Q235 steel plate and T2 copper plate are the reserch material in this paper. Resistance spot welding was used.By appending stainless steel gasket and changing the angle of thyristor,time of welding,pressure of electrode,to get appropriate parameters of resistance spot welding.The effect of the angle of thyristor and time of welding to the nugget size was also rearched. By observation of microstructure of welding joint, to get nugget situation and the disciplinarian of changing microstructure.Finally, through the test of mechanical properties and hardness,the disciplinarian of welding parameter and the intensity of welding joint have reserched.The reason of the effect of disciplinarian have also been analysed.
