西北植物学报 ，2011，31(1O)：1995 2000 ActaBot．Borea1．-Occident．Sin． 文章编 号：1000—4025(2011)10—199506 中华补血草盐腺发育的解剖学研究 辛莎莎，谭玲玲，初庆刚 (青 岛农业大学 植物学研 究室 ，山东青岛 266109) 摘 要 ：采用叶表皮印痕、扫描电镜以及石蜡切片法对 中华补血草 的叶片进行解剖研究，观察其成熟盐腺 的结构、 盐腺 的发育与盐腺的密度 。结果表明：(1)上表皮的盐腺密度 比下表皮的略小 。(2)成熟的盐腺 由2O个细胞构成 ， 中央有 4个分泌细胞 ，每一个分泌细胞外侧又伴有一个长方形的毗邻细胞 ；向外 由2层杯状细胞包 围 每一层分别 有 4个杯状细胞 ，使盐腺呈近似圆形 ；盐腺内部靠近叶肉细胞处有 4个收集细胞 ；中央 4个分泌细胞顶端 的角质层 各有一小孔 ，是盐分泌 出的通道 。(3)中华补血草盐腺是 由一个单独的表皮细胞发育而成 ，分别经历单细胞时期、2 细胞时期 、4细胞时期、8细胞时期、16细胞时期和 2O细胞时期的不同发育阶段。 关键词 ：中华补血草 ；盐腺 ；发育；解剖结构 中图分类号：Q944．56 文献标志码 ：A DevelopmentalandAnatomicalStudiesofthe SaltGlandinLimonium sinense XIN Sha—sha，TAN Ling—ling，CHU Qing—gang (BotanicalResearchSectionofQingdaoAgriculturalUniversity，Qingdao，Shandong266109，China) Abstract：TheleafanatomicalstructureofLimonium sinensewas studiedby leafepidermissegregation， SEM andparaffinmethod，especiallyforobservingthesaltglandstructureandthesaltglanddevelopment． Thedensityofsaltglandswasmeasuredonthelearaswel1．Experimentalresultsshowedthat：(1)Theden— sityofsaltglandson theadaxialepidermiswasslightlysmallerthanontheabaxialepidermis．(2)Thema— turesaltglandincluded20cells．Therewere4centralsecretorycells．Outsidethesecretorycellwasthead— jacentcel1．Theadjacentcellsandsecretorycellsweresurroundedby2layersofgobletcellscontaining4in— sidecellsand4outsidecells．Behindthem therewere4bigcellscalledcollectingcellwhichwasclosestto mesophyllcells．Secretorycellhadasmallholeonthecenterofcuticle．Saltreleasedfrom theholesofsalt gland。(3)ThesaltglandofLimonium sinensedevelopedfrom asingleepidermalcel1．Afterthat。itwent through 5stageswhichwerecalledas2cellsstage，4cellsstage，8cellsstage，16cellsstageand20cells stage，respectively． Keywords：Limonium sinense；saltgland；development；anatomicalstruct
