烟台港物流竞争力提升研究

摘要

随着全球化贸易的不断深入，港口物流作为连接国内外市场的重要枢纽，其竞争力的提升对于地区经济的发展具有重要意义。本研究聚焦于烟台港，基于当前港口物流发展的现状，通过钻石模型深入探讨了烟台港在物流竞争力方面的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁。研究发现，尽管烟台港地理位置优越，基础设施完善，但在服务效率、信息化水平以及与周边经济腹地的联动发展等方面仍存在不足。针对这些问题，本文提出了一系列策略，包括加强港口基础设施建设，提升物流服务效率，推动港口与城市的融合发展，以及利用区位优势拓展经济腹地等，旨在全面提升烟台港的物流竞争力，促进其在区域经济中的枢纽作用，为地区经济的持续健康发展做出更大贡献。

Abstract

ThepurposeofthisstudyistoexplorethecurrentsituationoflogisticscompetitivenessofYantaiPort,analyzeitsinfluencingfactorsandproposestrategiestoenhancecompetitiveness.Throughthecomprehensiveanalysisofthepoliticalandlegalenvironment,economicenvironmentandexternalenvironment,thisstudyrevealsthemainchallengesandopportunitiesfacedbyYantaiPortinthefieldofportlogistics.Further,throughthecomprehensiveevaluationofthelogisticscompetitivenessofYantaiport,includingthedirectionofdevelopment,thecorecompetitivenessandtheevaluationandanalysisoftheportlogisticschain,thispaperidentifiesthestrengthsandweaknessesofYantaiportlogistics.Basedontheaboveanalysis,aseriesofstrategiesandsuggestions,designedtoenhancethefacilityconstructionofYantaiport,expandtheeconomichinterlandwiththegeographicalanddevelopmentadvantages,andimplementtheportcitylinkagetoimprovethemodernportservicefunction.Finally,thisstudysummarizestheimportanceofenhancinglogisticscompetitivenessinYantaiPortanditspotentialcontributiontoregionaleconomicdevelopment.
