PAGE II PAGE II 本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：电池盒盖塑料模具的数字化设计与制造 电池盒盖塑料模具的数字化设计与制造 摘 要 塑料是一种新型工程材料，发展速度迅猛，塑料的加工和成型工艺也越来越得到重视，其中注射成型是最常用的塑料零件成型方法。生活用品的塑料模具占了很大比例，并越来越受到大家的重视；电池盒盖注射模具作为电器行业必不可少的模具之一，其设计制造具有较高的实用价值。 本课题电池盒盖外观要求很高，而且塑件体积小、结构复杂，因而对注射成型模具和成型工艺的要求相对较高。其注射模设计制造的最大难点在于浇注系统和脱模机构的设计。课题来源于企业的生产实际，以大量的电池盒盖注射模具设计制造为基础，根据现有模具制造的经验以及实际生产的条件对电池盒盖注射模具进行整体结构的设计，包括浇注系统中浇道、浇口的形式和位置选择以及排气系统的设计；并对塑件主要部位的脱模推出方式，以及制造方法和工艺要点进行设计，通过利用现代设计方法CAE进行填充和冷却分析从而优化设计以及为生产提供指导依据。 关键词:注射模;塑件;模具设计制造;浇注系统;脱模机构; PAGE PAGE III The Digital Design and Manufacture of Battery Case C Plastic Mold Abstract Plastic is one kind of new engineerig material. With its rapid development,plastic processing and molding technology have been getting more and more important, and plastics injection molding is the most commom way for polymer processing. The plastic mold has accounted for the great proportion in our daily life. and more and more attention by all of us,Battery case cover as one of the electrical appliances industry essential mould,Its design and manufacture has high value in production. The battery case cover in this issue demands high in injection mould and shaping technology for plastics for its small size and complex structure.It’s hardest point lies in the pouring system and demoulding mechanism. The paper is from the practical production and based on large quantity of design and manufacture of injection mould for battery case cover.Accroding to the existing mold manufacturing experience and the actual production condition for the integral structure design of injection mould of battery case cover 's,include the pouring channel, the form of gate and the position in pouring system and the design of vent-centralized slag system,as well as the main stripping mode of major part and the manufacturing methods and technology points design,by using modern design method on CAE for filling and cooling analysis to optimize the design and to provide guidance.
