龙源版权所有 白茶中金花菌的分离与鉴定作者：吴凤 邓有展 秦玉燕 蒋越华 张莉娟 罗义灿 李冬桂来源：《农业研究与应用》2021年第06期 摘 要：金花白茶是白茶中的一种新兴产品。研究金花白茶中金花菌的类型有利于为白茶产业的创新发展提供一定的参考依据。本研究以产自2018年的湖南湘丰牌桑植白茶作为材料，通过平板涂布法及三点接种法分离纯化金花菌，采用形态学观察并联合分子生物学手段对所获得的分离株进行鉴定。分离获得一株金花菌BC-1，经菌落特征、显微形态观察、ITS测序及系统进化树构建，将该菌鉴定为冠突曲霉（Aspergillus cristatum）。从白茶中分离获得的金花菌BC-1为冠突曲霉（A. cristatum），丰富了白茶中金花菌的分类鉴定研究，对金花白茶的开发利用提供一定的参考。 关键词：白茶;金花菌;冠突曲霉;冠突散囊菌;分离;鉴定 中图分类号：TS201.3 文献标志码：A Isolation and Identification of Golden Flower Fungus from White Tea WU Feng，DENG Youzhan，QIN Yuyan，JIANG Yuehua， ZHANG Lijuan，LUO Yican，LI Donggui （Guangxi Subtropical Crops Research Institute， Quality Supervision and Testing Center of Subtropical Fruit and Vegetable， Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs， Nanning， Guangxi 530001， China） Abstract： Golden flower white tea is a new production of white tea. To study the types of golden flower fungus in golden flower white tea is helpful to provide a theoretical basis for the innovative development of white tea industry. In this study， Hunan Xiangfeng Sangzhi white tea produced in 2018 was used as material， the golden flower fungus was isolated and purified by plate coating method and three-point inoculation method， and the obtained isolate was identified by morphological observation and molecular biological methods. A strain of golden flower fungus BC-1 was isolated and identified as Aspergillus cristatum by colony characteristics， microscopic morphology observation， ITS sequencing and phylogenetic tree construction. The study enriches the research on the classification and identification of golden flower fungus in white tea， and provides a certain reference for the development and utilization of golden flower white tea.
