PAGE 19 - III 数字电位器的可变电压电源设计 摘 要 随着电子技术的不断发展，电子产品种类越来越齐全，电子设备的应用也越来越广泛，并且时刻与人们生活息息相关，任何电子设备都离不开可靠的稳定的电源，这些设备对电源的要求也越来越高，电子设备的小型化和低成本化是电源以轻、薄、小和高效率为发展方向的动力。本文介绍了一种利用晶体管组成的滞留稳压电源，这种电源能够给电子设备提供稳定的电源，通过数字电位器调节使输出电压在3-15V，且在输出电压为15V时输出电流为500mA,由于串联型直流稳压电源可以输出大的电流和高的电压，又采用负反馈电路，能够克服由于负载变动而产生输出电压的变化，从而能够经常保持一定值的输出电压。测试结果表明，所设计的可变电压电源在输出端可以输出3-9V的电压，并且是稳定的，各点的参数也符合要求，能够为电子设备提供稳定可靠的直流电压。 【关键词】可变电压，数字电位器，晶体管 Digital potentiometer variable voltage of power supply design Abstract With the continuous development of electronic technology, electronic products is more and more complete. the application of electronic equipment is becoming more and more widely, and is closely related to people's life .Any electronic equipment is inseparable from the reliable and stable power supply, these devices become more and more high to the requirement of power supply, the miniaturization of electronic devices and low cost is the power to light thin small and high efficiency for development direction of power. this article describes a use of transistor stranded regulated power supply, this power supply can provide stable power for electronic devices, through digital potentiometer to adjust the output voltage in 3-15v,and the output voltage of 15v output current is 500 ma.
