PAGE PAGE V PAGE PAGE I 机械式立体汽车车库的设计 摘　要 当今社会，特别是进入21世纪以来，汽车行业得到大力的发展，人们的交通更加便捷，社会繁荣的同时，社会的隐忧渐渐的显现出来。随着汽车数量的快速增长，汽车的停放已经成为日益阻碍汽车发展的大问题！为此，人们不断的寻求高效的停车方式,此种情况下，独位车库应运而生。以下文中仅列举多数举升机普遍采用的安全措施为了使用维护方面的安全保证措施涉及的范围很广，包括举升机有使用前的准备工作，举升汽车时应该注意的事项，承载时的稳定性，降下汽车时的注意事项，日常和定期维修检查工作等。 整机的液压系统图油路各自拟订好的控制回路及液压源组合而成。各回路相互组合时去掉重复多余的元件，力求系统结构简单。本套设计提出了一种机械式立体车库的设计方案，详细介绍了该立体车库的结构、传动部分和自动控制部分的设计步骤，以及各部分功能元件的选择和校核过程。该立体车库将机械和自动控制和为一体，结构采用钢框架结构；提升部分采用液压传动；自动控制部分采用可编程控制器；该立体车库解决了城市停车难的问题，是停车向立体发展提高空间利用率的有效途径。该地坑式立体车库具有结构简单，单车平均占地面积小，安全可靠，操作方便，停车价格合理等优点。 关键词：立体车库；载车平台；钢结构；液压传动；保养维修 ?MACROBUTTON NoMacro [Click and type abstract text here.] Abstract In today's society, especially since the beginning of twenty-first Century, the automotive industry has great development, people more convenient transportation, social prosperity at the same time, the social problems gradually emerged.
