我国跨境电商物流模式研究 摘要：随着互联网的推动，跨境电子商务使得国际间的交往日益便利与频繁，并且成为势不可挡的浪潮。在电子商务的快速发展的影响下，带动了电子商务物流的成长，使跨境物流出现不同的物流模式。跨境电商物流的发展是跨境电商发展不可或缺的因素。 本文首先介绍了我国跨境电子商务物流的运作模式，再从价格成本、运输时长、配送服务、政策等视角研究当前跨境电商在物流运作存在的问题。基于我国跨境物流的问题，提出了控制物流成本、建设海外仓、建立物流信息平台、提供退换货服务等相应的解决对策，从而有效地促进和提升我国跨境电子商务物流的运作流程的成长。 关键词：跨境电商，物流模式，问题，对策 Research on the Cross-border E-commerce Logistics in China Abstract: With the promotion of the Internet, Cross-border e-commerce makes the international exchanges more and more convenient and frequent, and has become an irresistible wave. Under the influence of the rapid development of e-commerce, the growth of e-commerce logistics has been driven and different logistics modes have emerged in cross-border logistics.The development of cross-border e-commerce logistics is an indispensable factor for the development of cross-border e-commerce. This paper first introduces the operation mode of cross-border e-commerce logistics in China, and then studies the problems existing in the current cross-border e-commerce logistics operation from the perspectives of price cost, transportation time, delivery service and policy.Based on the problems of cross-border logistics in China, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, such as controlling logistics cost, building overseas warehouses, establishing logistics information platform, and providing return and exchange services, so as to effectively promote and improve the operation process of cross-border e-commerce logistics in China.
