Research on risk management of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in China Abstract：With the development of international trade and the changing of international situation, China's foreign trade enterprise of trade is increasing at the same time it faces the risk also increasingly diversified and complicated, can effective management and control of risk is directly related to the survival and development of foreign trade enterprises, thus constantly perfect the laws and regulations, improve the external environment at the same time, foreign trade should build more effective enterprise risk management theory system and method. Based on this, this paper chooses to study the risk management of China's small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises. Firstly, the paper expounds the foreign trade enterprise wind, foreign trade enterprise risk management, enterprise integrated risk management theory and comprehensive risk management theory, which constitute the conceptual basis of this paper. Secondly, from the external and internal two aspects has analyzed our country small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises face the risk factors, on the basis of the risk management of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in China found the lack of risk management consciousness, imperfect organizational structure, establish perfect risk management system and the problem of risk management method backward, the last comprehensive above study targeted by strengthening the consciousness of risk management, improve the organizational structure, establishing risk management system, use the advanced risk management methods and form solutions of the internal evaluation feedback mechanism.
