毕业设计说明书 某型号起重机滑轮组设计 学生姓名： 学号： 学 院： 机械工程与自动化学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及自动化 指导教师： 2011 年 5 月 摘要 在起重机滑轮组的设计当中,既要了解滑轮的性能与作用,还有就是滑轮组 的分类,其中又分为铸造滑轮,E型滑轮,和双副板压制滑轮。 而本课题要研究的就是铸造E型滑轮，完成它的滑轮组设计，滑轮组是由若 干个定滑轮和动滑轮匹配而成，可以达到既省力又改变力作用方向的目的。使用 中，省力多少和绳子的绕法，决定于滑轮组的使用效果。动滑轮被两根绳子承担， 即每根绳承担物体和动滑轮。滑轮有两种：定滑轮和动滑轮 ，组合成为滑轮组， 它既可以省力又可以改变力的方向。 滑轮组的用途：为了既节省又能改变动力的方向，可以把定滑轮和动滑轮组 合成滑轮组。省力的大小使用滑轮组时，滑轮组用几段绳吊着物体，提起物体所 用的力就是物重的几分之一。 滑轮组的特点：用滑轮组做实验，很容易看出，使用滑轮组虽然省了力，但 是费了距离——动力移动的距离大于货物升高的距离。 滑轮需要通过计算得出钢丝绳直径尺寸，在确定各零部件尺寸。 铸造 E 型滑轮零部件包括：滑轮体、隔环、涨圈、隔套AT、隔套BT、还 有深沟圆柱轴承。 起重机用铸造 E型滑轮的设计，需要将其的零部件逐一用solidworks 软件 进行三维建模，然后进行装配，在通过 solidworks 生成工程图，以此来了解滑 轮组的组成。 关键词关键词 ：定滑轮；动滑轮；钢丝绳；滑轮组 AbstractAbstract The design of the crane pulley which, it is necessary t understand the performance and role of pulley, there is the classification of pulley blocks, which are divided into casting pulley, E-type pulleys, and two deputy board pressed pulley.
