Selecti on of large dip an gle fully-mecha ni zed face equipme nt 摘要 说明书主要针对鹤岗峻德矿大倾角厚煤层综采工作面进行设备选型的探讨。 该工 作面长度160m,煤层平均厚度11m,倾角35°~40°,年产量35.1万吨，日产2100吨, “四六”工作制，三班生产，一班检修，每天净提升时间为 16小时。依据该工作面 地质情况和煤层赋存条件并结合近年来实际生产经验，工作面煤层倾角平均为 37° ° 煤层平均厚度为11m，变化在8~12m之间，该工作面适合采用单一走向长壁采煤， 多水平分层开采，全部顶板垮落法管理顶板，进刀方式采用单向割煤，由上向下割煤 方式。 作面“三机”是指采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机，是整个矿井生产系统的核心， 各设备间的合理配套是设备发挥最大的生产潜能的必须条件， 这关系到整个矿井能否 实现高产高效安全生产。 该说明书涵盖了工作面采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机的选型以及配套合理性分 析。 关键词：综采工作面；采煤机；液压支架；刮板输送机；合理配套 ABSTRACT Manu als aimed primarily at He gang in Jun de mine high in cli ned fully mecha ni zed face in thick coal seam with discussi on on equipme nt select ion.
