薯片切片机和薯片油炸机器 摘 要 马铃薯营养价值丰富，是人类社会的第四大粮食作物。在当今社会上，随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对于食品的追求也随之增加，马铃薯被制作成各种各样的食物，如条状，片状以及粉状。为了节约人力，食品加工类机械的技术也快速发展，如各种食材的切片机，研磨机等。其中在世界机械产品发展史中，切片机在20世纪60年代的欧洲国家得到了快速发展，我国对于切片机技术的研究要落后世界10年左右。目前市场上的切片机械体积大，适用于大型企业的生产线，难以应用于食堂，小型作坊等。本文设计的离心式切片机主要是针对中小场合，如小型零食加工作坊、食堂等，本产品针对大西洋马铃薯的普遍形状进行设计，分别对V带，轴，叶轮等进行设计，对轴承，键等标准元件进行选择，并且提出一种可行的薯片油炸机器的设计方案。 关键词：马铃薯；离心式切片机；薯片油炸机器；设计 Chips slicer Abstract Potato has rich nutritional value and is the fourth largest food crop in human society. In today's society, with the improvement of people's living standards, people's pursuit of food also increases. Potatoes are made into a variety of food, such as strip, flake and powder. In order to save manpower, the technology of food processing machinery is also developing rapidly, such as slicer and grinder of various food materials. In the history of the development of the world's mechanical products, the slicer developed rapidly in the European countries in the 1960s, and the research on slicer technology in China lags behind the world for about 10 years. At present, the slicing machines in the market are large in volume, which are suitable for the production lines of large enterprises, and difficult to be used in canteens, small workshops, etc. The centrifugal slicer designed in this paper is mainly for small and medium-sized occasions, such as small snack processing workshop, canteen, etc. the product is designed for the general shape of Atlantic potato, respectively for the design of V-belt, shaft, impeller, bearing, key and other standard components, and puts forward a feasible design scheme of potato chip frying machine.
