医学影像管理系统的设计与实现 摘 要 随着计算机技术的发展，医学影像技术得到了迅猛的发展，并已经成为 现代医疗诊治中不可缺少的手段。目前大多数中等以上的医院已经基本建立 了自己的医院信息系统(HIS ，Hospital Information System) ，医院传统的影像 工作管理方式已经逐步被 PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System) 所取代。PACS 中的各类医学影像管理系统也已经在医院中广泛应用。因此， 如何利用医学影像管理系统管理好医院影像信息已逐渐引起了大家的重视。 本课题从医院影像工作的工作流程入手，对医学影像管理系统进行研究 分析。通过分析归纳，将医学影像管理系统划分为以下几种基本的模块：患 者信息管理模块、图像后处理模块、图文报告模块和系统设置模块。以医院 影像科室的工作基本流程为基础，进行用户需求分析、设计，利用 Visual Basic6.0 编程语言和 Access2003 数据库系统针对以上影像工作的各个模块进 行开发，实现了一套模块化的医学影像管理系统。 通过研究，开发完成了整个医院的各种设备使用的影像管理的统一模板， 完成对影像信息的统一管理。测试表明，这套医学影像管理系统模板可以在 临床各科室使用，基本满足临床需要。因此，通过这套医学影像管理系统降 低了医院影像管理的成本，便于医院影像的统一管理。 关键词：医学影像管理系统，影像管理，图像后处理，VB ，数据库 I DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF MEDICAL IMAGING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ABSTRACT Along with development of the computer technology, the medical imaging technique has got a fast fierce development, and already becomes an indispensable means of the modern medical treatment and diagnosis. Currently the HIS (Hospital Information System) has already been built up in the most hospitals which are above the medium—size. The way of the traditional medical image management has already been replaced by the PACS (Picture Archiving & Communication System). Each kind of Medical Image Management System in the PACS, has already extensively applied in the hospital. Therefore, it has been noticed that how to make use of Medical Image Management System to manage the medical image well. The research and analysis of the Medical Image Management System which have already been from the workflow of the medical imaging work are carrying on. By the analysis and induce, the various Medical Image Management System can be divided as a few follow
