沈 阳 工 学 院 学年论文 题 目：?浅析我国?IT?行业人力资源现状及策略研究 学 院： 经济与管理学院 专 业：工商管理（人力资源） 学生姓名： 指导教师： 2013?年?12?月?20?日 浅析我国?IT?行业人力资源现状及策略研究 摘?要 IT?行业是当代社会的一个新兴行业，是引领社会进步的一个重要行业。IT?是 InformationTechnology?的缩写，意为“信息技术”，包含现代计算机、网络、通讯等 信息领域的技术。IT?的普遍应用，是进入信息社会的标志。应该这样理解：IT?应是一 个行业，而这个行业包括了很多不同的职业，这些职业都是和信息技术相关的。其实 说到?IT（InfomationTechnology-信息技术)包括范围之广，大到包括航天卫星，小到 一个公司的打字员都与?IT?有关，不过我们目前讨论范围初步限于与电脑技术及其行业 应用。 IT?是信息技术的简称，指与信息相关的技术。不同的人和不同的书上对此有不同 解释。但是在我国?IT?行业内，人力资源问题还存在大量的问题有待研究，本论文就?IT 行业人力资源问题的现状及策略进行了研究。通过人力资源在?IT?行业的地位，IT?行业 的发展趋势以及今后?IT?行业的发展策略等方面进行讨论并提出措施。 关键词：信息技术；人力资源现状；发展策略 浅析我国?IT?行业人力资源现状及策略研究 Abstract The?IT?industry?is?an?emerging?industry?in?contemporary?society,?is?an?important industry?to?lead?the?social?progress.?IT?is?the?abbreviation?for?"InformationTechnology", meaning?"information?technology",?including?modern?computer,?network,?communication?and information?technology.?IT?is?widely?used,?is?the?symbol?of?entering?the?information?society. It?should?be?understood:?IT?should?be?an?industry,?and?this?industry?includes?a?lot?of?different occupation,?the?occupation?and?information?technology?are?related.?In?fact,?when?it?comes?to the?IT?(InfomationTechnology-?information?technology)?including?scope,?including?space satellites?to?large,?small?companies?to?a?typist?is?related?to?IT,?but?we?are?discussing?the?scope of?the?initial?limited?to?computer?technology?and?industry?application. IT?is?short?for?information?technology,?refers?to?information?related?technologies. Different?people?and?different?books?have?different?interpretation.?But?in?China's?IT?industry, human?resource?problems?still?exist?a?lot?of?problems?to?be?studied,?this?paper?present situation?and?strategy?of?human?resource?problem?of?IT?industry?was?studied.?Through?the human?resources?in?the?IT?industry?status,?development?trend?of?IT?industry?and?the?IT industry?development?strategy?and?other?aspects?are?discussed?and?some?measures.
