摘要 随着世界能源危机的不断加剧,新能源的开发利用越来越引起人们的重视,太阳能作为一种清洁无污染且又用之不尽的资源得到了越来越广泛的应用,太阳能热水器已逐步进入普通家庭。本文结合太阳能热水器的实际应用,并根据精确控制的需要设计了基于PLC太阳能热水器的控制器。通过对太阳能热水器结构和工作原理的分析,提出本设计要实现的功能。并结合传感器、PLC和一些特殊功能模块的特点和应用,完成对硬件设备的选型,搭建了控制器的硬件电路。软件设计部分按控制的要求画出程序流程图,运用三菱系列通用编程软件GX Developer进行编程,利用三菱的GX Simulator Version6程序仿真软件进行程序仿真,以校验程序。应用三菱的触摸屏编程软件GT Designer2绘制触摸屏仿真画面,定义用到的软元件,设置相关参数,然后挂接程序仿真软件和触摸屏仿真软件GT Simulator2,三者之间的联动实现整个系统的仿真、调试。本设计的最大特点就是能实现对洗浴温度的精确控制。 关键词:太阳能热水器; PLC; 精确控制; 传感器; 特殊功能模块 Design of Solar Water Heater Control System Abstract: With the world’s growing energy crisis, the new energy’s development use brings to people’s attention more and more, the solar energy which is not only the clean energy but also the endless resources is obtained more and more widespread application, solar water heaters has been coming into the average family step by step. In this paper, combined with the practical application of solar water heater, and in accordance with the need for precise control, the controller of solar water heater based on PLC was designed. Through the analysis of the solar energy water heater’s structure and working principle, the paper puts forward the function of the design. And combination of the characteristics and applications of sensors, PLC and many special function modules, the selections of hardware equipment were completed and hardware circuits were built. The program flow diagram of software design was drawn according to the control request, and the programming used Mitsubishi series general programming software GX Developer. Mitsubishi GX Simulator Version6 was used to simulate program and to check if the procedure is wrong or not. Programming software Mitsubishi touch screen GT Designer2 was used to draw the simulation pictures, to define the simulation software components and to set up related parameters.
