单位代码 0 2 学 号 080105633 分 类 号 TH6 密 级 毕业设计说明书 750型对辊式压密机设计 院（系）名称 工学院机械系 专业名称 机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名 王严严 指导教师 康红伟 2012年 5 月 15 日 750型对辊式压密机设计 摘 要 型煤加工对于有效地利用粉煤资源和保护环境是十分重要的，在我国的能源构成中，煤炭占有十分重要的地位。据统计，在我国能源生产和消费中，煤炭约占总量的75%左右。但是,随着采煤机械化程度的不断的提高，粉煤在原煤中所占的比例也越来越大。粉煤比例的增加不仅降低了散煤的燃烧效率，而且严重地污染了环境。发展型煤是提高粉煤利用率和减少环境污染的重要途径，研究表明，工业锅炉,窑炉使用型煤后可比烧散煤节煤10%~27%，烟尘排放量可减少50%~60%，添加固硫剂后，二氧化硫的排放量可减少35%~50%。因此，发展型煤对我国具有十分重要的现实意义。 本设计为一种用于煤炭成型加工的对辊式压密机，包括有机架，固定辊轴和可动辊轴设置在机架中部，固定辊轴一段设有斜块装置，通过斜块装置可动辊轴能移动一定距离，从而实现了成球形状的大小，固定辊轴的一端是同步外挂齿轮，另一端用联轴器与标准减速器相连。 关键词：型煤，型煤加工，煤粉，对辊式压密机Twin roller compaction machine design of 750 type Author:Wang Yanyan Tutor:Kang Hongwei Abstract Coal processing for the effective use of coal resource and environmental protection is very important, Coal occupy a very important position in our energy mix.
