摘要

如今电子商务行业逐渐繁荣，随着电子商务的不断发展，一些电商企业的竞争也是越来越激烈，要在这个激烈的市场中脱颖而出，立于不败之位，加强员工激励管理是必不可少的。因为公司的发展离不开每一位员工的付出，公司发展的核心因就是人力资源管理。创建与公司发展现状相匹配的员工激励制度将对企业的发展产生长远影响，而在这些激励管理中薪酬激励是其中的重要激励手段，有效的薪酬激励制度可以充分调动员工工作积极性以及主动性，帮助员工为实现公司运营目标而不断奋斗，确保公司充满活力。但是一些电商公司而言，由于缺乏对员工薪酬激励管理的认识，导致企业员工薪酬激励管理的效果并不明显，因此本文将以万琛公司为例，对该公司的员工的激励管理进行研究，主要从薪酬激励管理方面着手，并就管理层和技术层不同的激励方式找出万琛公司员工薪酬激励管理存在的问题，并提出万琛公司员工薪酬激励管理的改善对策，希望通过对策的实施，帮助万琛公司员工更加高效的为公司创造更多的效益，提升公司运营效率，实现公司的健康稳定发展。

Abstract
