环境试验加速因子模型及其计算示例

摘要 ：在环境试验中 ，大家经常关注产品在可控的环境条件下试验若干小时相当于产品在实际使用条件下使用的
时间 。对于某些测试时间比较长的试验 ，往往会选择通过加速应力的方式 ，可以缩短试验时间和节约试验经费，
达到想要的试验结果 。本文统计了环境试验中常见的高温 、湿度应力 、温度冲击 、振动和电应力等加速模型 ，并
举例计算便于理解 ，希望能为同行提供参考。

Abstract : In environmental tests, people often pa attention to how man hours a product is tested
under controllable environmental conditions, which is equivalent to how long the product will be
used under actual conditions. For some tests with long testing time, accelerated stress is often
chosen, which can shorten the testing time and save test funds, and achieve the desired test
results. So this paper counts the common acceleration models of high temperature, humidit stress,
temperature shock, vibration and electric stress in environmental test, and gives examples to
facilitate understanding, hoping to serve as a reference for colleagues.
