Methods March 2012 - May 2013 laparoscopic surgery in our hospital 50 patients with COPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 25 cases in the observation group before induction of anesthesia albuterol sulfate inhalation aerosol， control group， no treatment were compared preoperative and intraoperative blood gas analysis and respiratory mechanics paramete.
