The system connected with a 10Kv main power line through a step-down transformer. Determine the location and type of the substation, the quantity and capacitance of main transformer, the both high-pressure low-pressure equipment and relay protection device, with the specific design including the formula of main wiring, secondary circuit on the basis of safety, reliability, technological advancement and economic rationality, according to the actual electricity load.
