PAGE PAGE 1 老年女性原发性高血压患者靶器官损害与血压负荷的关系研究 北京昌平沙河医院心内科102206 盛名，王志鹏 【摘要】目的 探讨老年女性原发性高血压患者靶器官损害与血压负荷变化关系及临床意义。方法 使用无创性便携式动态血压监测仪记录老年女性正常血压组（50例），原发性高血压Ⅰ级(51例) 原发性高血压 = 2 \* ROMAN Ⅱ级（52例），原发性高血压 = 3 \* ROMAN Ⅲ级（52例）的24h动态血压变化。结果 原发性高血压 = 2 \* ROMAN Ⅱ级和原发性高血压 = 3 \* ROMAN Ⅲ级患者夜间平均血压接近或超过日间平均血压，昼夜节律消失。结论 血压昼夜节律消失更容易导致靶器官损害，夜间舒张压越高，靶器官（TOD）损害越重。血压负荷可作为原发性高血压患者靶器官损害危险预测因子。 【关键词】老年女性；原发性高血压；血压负荷；靶器官损害 中图分类号：R544.1 文献标识码：B The Investigation of the Relationship between Target Organ Damage and the Blood Pressure Burden of the Primary Hypertension Old Female PatientsSHENG Ming, WANG Zhi-peng Department of Cardiology, Shahe hospital of Changping District, Beijing 102206, China [Abstract]Objective To investigate the relationship between target organ damage and the blood pressure burden and its clinical meaning of the primary hypertension old female patients. The day-night rhythm vanished. Conclusion The vanish of the day-night rhythm is easier to cause the damage of the target organ. The higher of the diastolic pressure in nighttime,the heavier of the target organ damage（TOD）is. The blood pressure burden can be dangerous predict factor of the TOD for the primary hypertension patients.
