Alone with education modernizing and developing in information technology-,experimental teaching and managing began to step into the fast lane of digitizing,digitization of experimental teaching and management has become a hot topic.In this paper,aim at experimental teaching development in junior high school,proposed a theory combined with performance appraisal,information system management and experimental teaching,base on the requirements of school experimental teaching management,by means of equipment management system to refining dynamic and visual managing experimental teaching and to get
the purpose to performance evaluation and improve teaching quality of
experiments teaching.Cunently,there i s few of subj ects concerned about the combination of equipment management system with j unior high school experimental teaching,SO I think it is necessary to conduct innovative research,which is closely linked to my work,through the research,we can explore 8 new model of experimental teaching
management,and promote experiments development of teaching.
I believe that the experimental teaching performance evaluation contains two meanings:First,it is aim at the equipment staff,especially for the working condition of the equipment status and performance management personnel conducted,called job performance;at the same time,it means efficiency of the staff which brought the improvements of
