毕业论文诚信声明 本人郑重声明： 所呈交的毕业论文《 》 是本人在指导老师的指导下，独立研究、写作的成果。论文中所引用是他人的无论以何种方式发布的文字、研究成果，均在论文中以明确方式标明。 本声明的法律结果由本人独自承担。 毕业论文作者签名： 年 月 日 摘 要 古人云“民以食为天”，农业给人类带来了粮食，是人类赖以生存的古老的行业，而农业电子商务是一种先进的商务模式，二者似乎很难直观地蹂和在一起，因为大多农产品生产者的文化素质、科技普及、农业操作方式等相对低下，技术的局限性和应用层次的不同，决定了二者之间的矛盾。如今我国农业和农村经济现在已经发展到了一个崭新阶段, 农业与农村的发展同时也面临很多新的问题与挑战, 其中最为突出的就是农业市场化进程中在信息不对称条件下农民与市场之间的供求矛盾和挑战。在这样的形势下，如何将传统的农业贸易模式转变为现代模式，如何让农业贸易与时代接轨，与科技接轨，如何发展农业电子商务模式等问题都成为了目前所探讨的重要课题之一。 本文首先叙述了本文的研究背景、研究意义及研究方式和内容，然后通过介绍农业电子商务平台的含义，以及我国农业电子商务平台研究现状，论述了发展农业电子商务加快了流通过程、减少了流通成本，便于企业管理，拓展了营销方式，还论述了农业电子商务平台的必要性。 从而分析了现有的农业电子商务模式的类型。包括B2B模式、B2C模式、B2B+C模式、第三方电子交易市场模式的概述、特点、应用及分析。通过对这几种电子商务模式的比较，提出适合发展的农业电子商务平台模式，并对此种农业电子商务平台模式提出自己的优化建议及策略。 最后对全文做出小结，提出文中的不足之处，以及对本课题的前景展望。 Abstract Agricultural brings human food, is to the survival of humans old industry, and agricultural electronic business affairs is a kind of advanced business model, seems difficult to both directly and whatever together, because most of the agricultural producers cultural quality, science popularization, agricultural operating ways relatively low, the technological limitations and application of different level, decided to the contradiction between the two.
