投资项目可行性研究论文.doc

摘 要 在中国，可行性研究工作被纳入基本建设程序，作为项目投资决策的重要手段已经有二十几年的历史，然而可行性研究工作并没有发挥其在项目中应有的作用。陈述了现今中国可行性研究工作中存在的一些主要问题，并有针对性地提出了一些解决问题的对策。对项目进行可行性研究是拟建项目按照投资决策程序要求，在投资决策时与项目有关的环境、资源、技术、经济和社会等问题所进行全面分析论证和综合评价，是一种选择最佳投资项目和投资方案的科学方法，是投资决策不可缺少的一个重要环节。项目可行性研究审计是决策审计的主要内容，是投资绩效审计的不可或缺的重要组成部分。审查项目建设目标、经济目标、社会目标、环境目标等实现程度，离不开可行性研究报告。结合项目开发投资中存在的问题分析，研究探讨采取合理选择项目、严格论证程序、控制关键环节等措施，加强对新项目投资风险控制，确保投资开发收益最大化。关键词：投资项目；可行性研究；评价指标探讨Abstract In China, the feasibility study work were included in the basic construction program, as an important means of project investment decision-making has a history of more than 20 years, however, feasibility research work and no play its proper role in the item. Investment endowment project feasibility study audit is the main content of decision-making audit, the investment performance auditing is an important part. Review project construction goal, economic and social objectives, targets environmental objectives such as realization degree, cannot leave the feasibility study report.
