Pitaya, whose real name is dragon fruit or red dragon fruit. Native to Central America Tropical.
Fire dragon fruit trees triangular prism of cactus species(仙人掌科的三角柱属植物), native to tropical desert region of Brazil, Mexico, Central America,it is a typical tropical plants.
Dragon fruit is nutritious, it contains rare albumin (生化白蛋白) and soluble fiber（可溶性纤维）.
Pitaya is introduced to Taiwan,Hainan and the mainland in southern Guangxi,Guangdong.
Why do people call them fire dragon fruit?
please pay attention to its appearance.
Its fleshy scales is like a dragon's outer scales(鳞片).
What's more,when smooth and great flowers bloom, It's fragrance gives people a sense of good fortune,so it is also an auspicious(象征好运的) fruit.
