摘 要
本次设计的Js500混凝土搅拌机是我们的主要设计机型。它是强制式卧轴混凝土搅拌机中的一种，强制式混凝土搅拌机不仅能搅拌干硬性混凝土，而且能搅拌轻骨料混凝土，能使混凝土达到强烈的搅拌作用，搅拌非常均匀，生产率高，质量好，成本低。它是目前国内较为新型的搅拌机，整机结构紧凑、外型美观。其主要组成结构包括：搅拌装置，搅拌传动系统，上料、卸料系统，供水系统，机架及行走系统，电气控制系统，润滑系统等。
设计计算内容是JS500混凝土搅拌机的设计，主要包括：整体结构方案的确定、机架上所有部件与机架的连接方式及安装位置、机架外形尺寸的确定、机架钢结构的选材、电动机和减速机以及齿轮传动的选择和主要参数计算、JS500混凝土搅拌机的装配图和零件图。

Abstract
This design JS500 concrete mixer is our main design model. It is forced horizontal-axis concrete mixer, forced one of concrete mixer can not only the mixing of dry, rigid concrete, and can stir light weight aggregate concrete, can make concrete achieve strong mixing effect, stirring very evenly, productivity is high, quality is good, the cost is low. It is the present domestic relatively new mixer, the machine has compact structure, good appearance. Its main composition structure including: agitator, stirring transmission system, loading, unloading system, water supply system, rack and mobile system, electric control system, lubrication system, etc.
Design calculation content is JS500 concrete mixer design, mainly including: overall structure scheme determination, rack between all the components determine the location of, all the components on the rack and rack of connections and installation of position, the determination of rack form factor, the selection frame steel structure ,the choice and the main parameters of electric motor reducer and gear drive calculation, the JS500 concrete mixer parts and assembly drawing.
